Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments and will be applied to your service total. Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. We know life happens. Let us know as soon as you can, and we’ll gladly work with you. Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in a shortened or canceled appointment. All services and deposits are non-refundable. Clients must disclose all medical conditions and contraindications prior to treatment. By booking, you agree to this policy.
