Services
All treatments provided by Shereen Aesthetics are professional cosmetic and corrective skincare services. Results may vary based on individual skin conditions, compliance with aftercare, and lifestyle factors. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

Appointments & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellation outside of the required notice period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
All skincare products purchased are final sale. Due to health and sanitary reasons, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
If a product is received damaged, please contact Shereen Aesthetics immediately upon receipt so the issue may be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history, current medications, and skincare information prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment results and safety.
Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided. Shereen Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse results due to non-compliance.
Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered or products are purchased. Shereen Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service for non-payment.
